Video/Audio File Conversion Directly from URL

Hi,

We have added support to convert video or audio files directly from URL, just enter full URL of your video or audio file (Ending with extension: flv, mpg, mpeg, 3gp, aac, ac3, flac, mp3, mp4, wav, dvd, rm, swf, avi, mov or wmv) in "Download Video" tab then select output format and convert it.

Conversion to Nintendo DS R4

Some fixes and upgrades

Hi guys,

I've made a couple of fixes to the website as you might have noticed that Dailymotion.com and some other online video portals were broken which have been fixed now and more portals have been added which are:

# Cctv

Besides that I've added "aiff" audio conversions also I noticed that some document conversions were broken I've made some changes in the conversion engine so hopefully they also should have been fixed.

If you guys want me to add more formats then please let me know I'll try to add them and I would like to hear from you that how can I make FreeFileConvert better and what else do you expect from it.

Increased max conversion file size limit to 200MB

As many users are trying to convert files bigger than 100MB so considering that I've increased the max conversion limit to 200MB now.

Compression Formats Support Added!

Hello,

I've added a couple of compression formats (e.g; zip, rar, gzip, bzip2, tar, iso, chm, cpio ...), so you can now convert your files between them. I haven't tested them all so if you find anything broken then please let me know.

New Version!

Hi,

As you guys can see I've changed the whole interface of FreeFileConvert.com and I think that the new version will be much better than the previous one however if you still want to use the old version there's a proper link for that in the top link section and you can still use the old version, I have no plans to completely remove the old version in the near future so feel free to use that.

I haven't thoroughly tested the new version so if you guys find any bugs then please let me know, also please provide me with your feedback about the new version.

Document conversion problem resolved

Hi Guys,

There was a problem in document conversion and most of the document conversions failed today, I've fixed the problem now and you should be able to convert your document files again. If you still find any problem then please let me know.

Site Upgrade

Hello,

As you can see I've upgraded the site, now you can see the status of file uploads or video downloads in addition to that now you can upload load and convert the files up to 100MB and I've also added few other Online Portals from where you can download videos for a full list visit the website Formats.

As I've made several changes and didn't get time to thoroughly test every thing so if you find anything broken then please let me know and if you want me to add any other portal or file format than please let me know.

And please keep on donating I want to keep the site free for everyone but to run the website there is some cost involved and its your donations which are keeping this site running for almost a year by now.
