DOS Attack!

More eBook formats added (mobi, epub etc)!

Hi,

We have now added more eBook formats, including ePub, FB2, LRF, MOBI, PDB and TCR.

Hope that will give mobile device users the facility to convert their files into different format.

Server problems

Today almost whole day we could not convert any of your files because our server had some problems with the disk and our hosting company took almost a full day to fix the problem.

OGM file support and server upgrade

Hi,

You can now convert ogm files into aac, ac3, 3gp, flac, flv, mov, mp3, mp4, mpg, wav, dvd, swf, rm, wmv, asf, 3g2, gif and amv. We hope this conversion with further help you with your files.

Also recently we had a server upgrade which caused some problems and made converter bit unstable. We believe that this problem has been fixed now but please report if you see any unusual failures with your conversions.

New formats including DJVU, VOC and more

Hi,

We have added few more conversions which we think will help you. First of all now you can convert your image files (e.g. JPG, BMP, PNG etc) into PDF format, secondly we have added AMV into output format as well, so you can convert your video files into AMV before you were only able to convert from AMV but now its both ways and finally we have also added support for DJVU and VOC formats.

We have also upgraded our server, so the conversion process will be faster now.

We hope all these new features will help you also if you like us to support any format of your choice which currently we don't than please let us know, we'll be more than happy to hear from you.

WPS and PUB Conversions Temporarily Removed

Hi,

We have seen many failures with WPS and PUB conversions as these conversions were in beta, so we have removed them temporarily until we come up with a most robust conversion for these two file formats. We did this because we want to give our users 100% success rate with whatever file formats we support and don't want to annoy them with failed conversions.

Keep on checking the blog, we'll update you when we'll have more solid conversions from WPS and PUB formats.

Support added for .AMV and .PUB

Hi,

You can now convert from MS Publisher files (.pub) into doc, odt, rtf, txt, wiki and pdf also conversion from .amv into ac3, mov, mp3, mp4, wav, dvd, rm, wmv and asf has been added.
