We have seen many failures with WPS and PUB conversions as these conversions were in beta, so we have removed them temporarily until we come up with a most robust conversion for these two file formats. We did this because we want to give our users 100% success rate with whatever file formats we support and don't want to annoy them with failed conversions.
Keep on checking the blog, we'll update you when we'll have more solid conversions from WPS and PUB formats.
